I was really excited when Sandy Newbigging, created his own unique form of meditation. Having trained with Sandy in the Mind Detox Method previously, I was eager to try his Mind Calm meditation for myself. I was so impressed with its simplicity and the ease this method can be integrated into daily life, I decided to train as one of his first intake of meditation coaches.
Rather than promising you peace of mind it helps you achieve peace with mind. Yes that’s right, you don’t need to try to stop your thoughts, not even during the time you spend meditating.
Instead Mind Calm teaches you ways to be at peace with whatever you are thinking or feeling at any given moment in time. A really practical form of meditation you can use anytime, anywhere; even with your eyes open.
